Building a Basic Brand Identity

The design challenge was to establish a thriving service-industry brand, exemplified by the health and wellness spa, Artemis Abloom. Through a comprehensive branding brief, including defining the name, true-line, tagline, core purpose, target audience, differentiation, voice and tone, and value proposition, the brand was brought to fruition. Artemis Abloom is dedicated to cultivating a supportive community centered around nature’s impact on mental and physical well-being, offering immersive classes and cruelty-free spa treatments to promote relaxation and self-care. Named after the Greek Goddess Artemis, the company reflects its ethos of nurturing and protection through vegan, cruelty-free products, with “Abloom” symbolizing health, vitality, and the aspiration for self-growth and balanced living.

The logo, featuring an iris flower with a face silhouette, embodies the journey of personal transformation. The brand name is elegantly incorporated into the design, forming a vertical, oval shape that distinguishes Artemis Abloom. This distinctive visual identity extends to the choice of a vertical business card, enhancing brand recognition. Complemented by a website homepage mockup, the design emphasizes the brand’s credibility and dedication to quality, fostering trust among its audience.
