Typeface Specimen Book

The project aimed to honor Adrian Frutiger by creating a typeface specimen book featuring Frutiger Next Pro. Inspired by the National Park Service Logo, which uses the Frutiger Next Pro typeface, the National Parks brochure design is carried through the book. This is done by keeping typographic hierarchy simple and using blue type for headlines.

Focusing on Alaska’s National Parks, known for diverse wildlife and varied terrains, the book features park images, and emulates brochure layouts. The cover showcases a 3-D cutout of Alaska with the title “Alaskan Adventures,” while animal vector graphics guide readers through the pages, enhancing the park theme.
